Terms of Service

The service is provided by Muhammad Hanif Khan, an individual trading as SteelGaze, with a public business location in Beijing, China. “SteelGaze,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator, not a limited company.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account.

SteelGaze analyzes submitted email data and presents automated risk classifications and supporting signals. You may only submit content you are authorized to process.

You must not use the service to break the law, facilitate phishing or malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits or access controls, scrape accounts, infringe rights, or send unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict access to protect users, providers, or the service.

Results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unavailable. A low-risk result is not a guarantee that an email is safe, and a high-risk result is not proof of malicious intent. Review important results, inspect the underlying message, follow your organization's procedures, and use qualified security professionals when appropriate. SteelGaze does not replace security controls or professional advice.

Starter currently includes one monitored inbox and 30 scans per month. Professional is listed at USD $4 per connected inbox per month with 1,000 scans shared across the account each month. Taxes may apply. Paid subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled when checkout becomes available.

Enterprise access is contact-based and subject to a separate written agreement. Paddle may act as merchant of record for future paid checkout; until that is activated, SteelGaze does not represent Paddle as the processor of an existing subscription. See Billing and Cancellation.

You retain rights in content you submit and grant SteelGaze a limited license to host, copy, analyze, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Model-improvement use requires separate explicit consent and is disabled by default.

SteelGaze software, branding, and service content remain the operator's property or that of its licensors. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular result, or detection of every threat.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using SteelGaze at any time and may request account deletion through support. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk. We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be identified by the updated date and may be communicated through the service or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights, the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
