Best for
Individuals and organizations reviewing suspicious email
Core interaction
Forward mail, inspect evidence, learn from it
SteelGaze does not stop at a label. It presents the available signals behind the classification for closer review.
Forward the message, receive the result quickly, and avoid burning security time on repetitive first-pass triage.
Catch suspicious mail before it becomes a credential theft incident, invoice fraud issue, or internal escalation chain.
Saved history lets an account revisit prior results and feedback instead of starting each review from scratch.
The core product works through forwarding, which keeps onboarding simple while preserving the original message context for analysis.
Email integrations
Choose forwarding, Gmail, or standard IMAP. Each method provides email data to SteelGaze for analysis.
Send an email you are authorized to analyze to the shared [email protected] address.
Authorize supported monitoring through Google OAuth and disconnect it from settings when no longer needed.
Use a compatible provider with TLS and, where available, a provider-specific app password.
Investigate a message directly, connect an inbox when monitoring is useful, and keep the resulting evidence and history in one account-level view.
Paste email content into the dashboard when you need a second opinion on a specific message.
Optionally connect Gmail or a compatible IMAP mailbox to bring new messages into the same analysis workflow.
Compare the risk classification with authentication, link, content, and model signals before acting.
Use history, feedback, trends, and usage data to understand what the account has encountered over time.
SteelGaze produces probabilistic classifications. Results can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or affected by missing message data. A lower-risk result is not a guarantee that an email is safe, and a phishing classification is not proof of malicious intent.
Review important messages independently, follow your organization's security procedures, and do not use SteelGaze as your only email-security control. Model-improvement use of submitted content is disabled by default and requires explicit consent.
