Billing and Cancellation

Starter is free and includes 30 scans per month and one monitored inbox. Professional is USD $4 per connected inbox per month and includes 1,000 scans shared across the account per month. Enterprise is contact-based and depends on a written proposal.

Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. We may prevent additional scans after an allowance is reached.

Prices are stated in US dollars unless checkout says otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be added. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until cancelled. The checkout page controls the exact price, currency, tax, and renewal date.

Paid checkout is not currently active. Paddle may act as merchant of record when it launches, meaning Paddle would sell the subscription, collect payment and applicable taxes, and appear on transaction documents. Muhammad Hanif Khan trading as SteelGaze remains the service operator.

When billing is available, cancel through the customer portal or contact [email protected]. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Quantity increases may take effect immediately; reductions may take effect at renewal, as shown before confirmation.

Failed or disputed payment may result in retry attempts, reduced access, or suspension. The separate Refund Policy governs refund eligibility. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; contact support first if a subscription exists.
